I love her water features a lot. Did the creeping thyme really fill in that space in less than a year? If so, Ima gonna get some for my empty spaces. That is amazing. The purple rose is quite striking. Glad you ladies had a great day. Hope to get the 411 on a few of the nurseries you visited.Stacyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14294624848003071390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2733342915429018771.post-23806754179386239322015-05-26T19:33:52.159-07:002015-05-26T19:33:52.159-07:00Ah!!! Your long shots give me some perspectives I somehow hadn't had from Grace's images. Sweet kitty, too. What a nice time you three had garden viewing and nursery shopping - that's pretty much my dream day!MulchMaidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13848950758103138175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2733342915429018771.post-8602153055819020792015-05-25T21:40:00.275-07:002015-05-25T21:40:00.275-07:00What fun! And now you know I'm not kidding when I say I'm a little wacky. :) You did great remembering the plant names, however, 'Knockout' is really 'William Baffin.' The vine with the pink leaves is Porcelain Vine. The plant with the zig-zag edged leaves is Melianthus and the last one, Loosestrife is almost right. It's Lysimachia atropurpurea. I don't think it has a common name. Zip and I want you and your mom to come back and see us any time.
