Life Snippets #2

Don't hold me to it, but I think I'll do these Life Snippets posts on occasion.  It's a good reminder to myself to slow down and pay attention to the little things.

Also, I frequently get comments from people spotting my wine glass in posts, so I've decided to start a grown up version of Where's Waldo.  Where's Mindy's Wine Glass?  Anytime I do one of these Life Snippets posts, I'll hide my glass somewhere.  I'll make the first one easy for ya.  Tell me where it is in the comments and you'll win a prize.  I'm totally lying.  There's no prize.  It's just for fun.

My sister's family came over for dinner last night.  No school today and they hadn't been over in forever. We've been crashing their house almost every weekend for dinner since we started in on the kitchen, so I threw together a last minute dinner over here.  Who says you can't set the table even when you're still eating off paper plates, and a ton of stuff is still crammed in your dining room?

College football is a pretty big deal in our house, so most of tomorrow will be spent at my sister's, eating and watching the game.

And more eating.

Sunday, we're back on kitchen duty.
