Veggie Wraps

The Dad's playing softball tonight, so I decided I wasn't gonna cook.  The kids and I still needed dinner though, so I made some easy veggie wraps.  I put deli ham on theirs, but since I have that weird thing with lunch meat, mine was left uncontaminated.

If you're looking for another way to use that vat of feta dip you're now addicted to, it's delicious on these.  I smothered mine with it.  I used veggies we had - obviously you can use whatever you like and/or have.

Here's mine:

Feta dip and avocodo smeared on a spinach tortilla.

Spinach leaves, cucumber, and red bell pepper.

Some grated extra sharp white cheddar.

Roll it up, cut it in half, stick a couple toothpicks in to hold it together, and dinner is served.

We had ours with fruit.  Okay, we had some Lay's kettle chips too.  Shhh, don't tell.

Here's dinner on my plate:
