Fuchsias, Fuchsias, & More Fuchsias

They aren't all blooming yet, but there's definitely enough to fill a post.  I have all the names of them, if anyone is interested.  I stick the tags down in the pots, so it's a walk outside away to round one up.

I'll just start loadin' the photos:

This one is in Baby's pot.

I have two different ones in my window boxes.

They're not bloomin' good yet, but check this one out.
The flowers are friggin' huuuuge!

The second one in the window boxes didn't have any flowers on the plants, but there were some on the ground.  :)

These are the ones I have hanging in all the pots in the big tree.
I generally don't have very much red in the yard, but these are sooo pretty.

Another one in a pot.

This is the first time I've grown Gartenmeister (did I spell it right?).
I hope it does as well as I've seen in photos.

These next ones are in pots hanging on the fence.

This one's on the house by the driveway door.

All of these are on the patio, either in sitting or hanging pots.

I love this one.

It's hard to pick a favorite, but so far, this might be it.

The flowers start out with that dark purple center, then fade to the fuchsia color.
So, so pretty.

So that's all of 'em for now.
You know I'll be out with my camera when the rest start openin' up.

Shameless plug alert:
Just a little reminder that you can purchase my floral photographs in my Etsy shop.
If you see one in a post that isn't in the shop, shoot me an email and I'll list it for ya.

  1. I think Fuchsias are my favorite summer flower. I must have over 3 dozen different ones - and I just placed an order for 6 more from Fry's Nursery in Albany. Have you ever been there? It's on my list to visit - maybe next spring. Fuchsias just bloom and bloom and bloom. So rewarding.

  2. I had no idea that there were so many different color combos of fuschia. I am pretty sure that in our garden centres we must see the same kind over and over again. These are gorgeous. Love that huge white one.

  3. I'm not familiar with this beauty. So many shades of color, wow! I hope you'll share this on The Maple Hill Hop!

  4. I freaking love these!!!!! I had some in a hanging basket a few years back. Of course they died. But they were so pretty while they lasted!

  5. Fabulous! I don't grow very many hanging varieties but your post is making me rethink this. I love them all. That white one is huge.
