I'm really grouchy, so we'll see how this goes.
- In an attempt to make myself feel better, I just ate two giant pieces of leftover rice krispies treat birthday cake. I think I'm gonna need more.
- I'm exhausted.
- I'm pretty sure it's illegal for an almost 9-month-old to be waking up every three hours in the night. If not, it should be. See previous statement.
- My mother-in-law is in town, so I may be MIA for the rest of the week.
- The Dad's birthday is tomorrow and the birthday present I had planned had technical difficulties. It is no longer an option at this point. I'm having a wee bit of an anxiety attack, considering it's the night before and I ain't got nothin'.
- I will never be on board with spontaneity.
- Time, Money & Motivation. I'm lacking all three.
- The random dinner I threw together tonight was really, really good. It screamed Fall.
- I would give an awful lot for just one good full night of sleep.
- Did I mention I'm grouchy?
- I have a zillion things I want to get done in the house before 5:00 pm tomorrow, but right now, all I want to do is curl up on the couch with the remote.
- I'm really having a hard time keeping my eyes open.
- Wow, 7:45. Party animal.
- Debbie Downer has entered the building.
- I think that's my cue.
I can relate to A LOT of that! I hope everything ends up calming down for you. And if not, get more cake, a couple bottles of wine, and go hide in the bathroom for a while. If anyone asks, you're sick to your stomach - no one will want to come in. Not that I've ever done that or anything ;)
ReplyDeleteAwww,..big hugs. I know you'll get through it, but hope you get some sleep to help you along.
ReplyDeleteHope the baby, and you, sleep soon! Hang in there. ps--The weather got sunny for a bit yesterday, so I ran out and shot pictures for 3 blog posts! Hope they last me for a while, or we get a little more sun again soon :)
ReplyDeleteMy daughter was like that, too. There were days when I was physically unfit to drive. I hope you are better at getting "me time" than I am. And don't forget your vitamin D!
ReplyDeleteOh Min, hope the baby has been sleeping more.. you're already a pro, you've probably tried this, but I remember my doctor telling me to give T rice cereal right before bed to help with sleeping?
ReplyDeleteMy daughter never slept through the night until she was three years old and yes, I said three!!! She was up every few hours for months/years. It will get better, I promise! If by chance you can get all the children to nap at the same time, take a nap yourself, you totally deserve it!
