Because Easter fell on the same week as the kids' spring break at school this year, we decided to celebrate at the Rock Farm for the first time.
Here's our trip in photos:
This girl thought she had died and gone to heaven.
It was soooo cold and windy, but the kids still spent pretty much every waking hour playing outside.
Mom's morning mimosa.
Sunday morning, we went out to find that the Easter Bunny had come.
Maddie Girl's cross is in the background of this next picture.
Let the hunt begin.
And there ya have it.
Our first Easter at the Rock Farm.
We've had amazingly beautiful weather all week.
Temps in the high 70's and 80's.
Crazy town.
Bet ya can guess where I've been spending my computer-free time.
Out in the dirt, baby.
Yard posts to come next week.
I'm officially a baseball mom now, and opening ceremonies are this weekend.
So we'll be at the ball field.
Don't be surprised if cute baseball uniform kid pictures show up, as well. ;o)
Have a fantastic weekend!
Awesome all the way around. Libby Lu is getting so big. And Baby,.....well, she has really grown. Great pics. Can't wait to see the start of baseball season.
ReplyDeleteYou don't own a cell phone? But...but...but...really?
ReplyDeleteYour killing me with your reports of temps in the 70's and 80's! We have had snow and freezing temperatures. Today was sunny, but cold.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a nice easter. I bet the kids loved the Easter egg hunt. Looking forward to the yard pics!

I'd like to take a vacation from the internet sometimes. The rock farm is gorgeous and it looks like you had a great time.
