Word Up Wednesday

The horrid seasonal cold hit our house two weeks ago and is still hangin' on for dear life. I'm feeling better, but the kids are still fighting it and poor little Laney is still really congested.  Which makes for a crabby baby.  And crabby babies don't like being set down much.  So I haven't gotten a whole heck of a lot down around here, especially the last few days.  Blogging is waaaay down on the list.  So since I haven't gotten my photos together for the posts I was planning on working on, I figured I'd put together an easy one I've been thinking about for months now.

My Words To Live By Pinterest board is brimming, so I thought I'd  try out a weekly series of sharing some of the pins.  Some are inspirational, some are funny, and some are downright naughty.  I'll try to keep it PG-13.

For week number one, since I'm livin' the life of a stay at home mom, I figured I'd go with that theme.

Enjoy.

And so my poor children don't think I hated them when they inevitably read this someday...

  5. First off..I hope that you are all feeling just better soon. Secondly, love the quotes that you posted. So funny and so true. Lastly I am afraid I can't tell ya the name of the small pink rock-garden plant for sale at the Farmer's Market except to say it started with "ry"..how's that for helpful. I think that I have blocked it out of my memory bank because I, unlike you, have bought that plant and killed it more times that I care to recall!

  6. I always like to say that having children is like herding cats.

    Great choices!
