Fish Tostada Omelet

What do you do with the leftovers from Fish Tostada night?  Turn them into an omelet of course.  You may recall that I do not consume eggs, but the other three people who live here do.  So I made them an omelet this morning. 

Five eggs, fish, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, and chili-lime cream.  Hot sauce for The Dad.
