Red Wine Short Ribs, Parmesan Polenta and Sauteed Chard with Beets

Everything about this meal was good.  The short ribs cooked in the crockpot on high for about 5 hours.  Could have done 8 on low, but I was tardy getting it put together.  The polenta and chard came together in about 15 minutes.  Easily a weeknight dinner, but dressy enough for a weekend.  Good stuff.
